Job Description:- Oversee routine and emergency maintenance tasks, coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors as needed.
Manage office security systems and protocols and ensure the safety of office premises.- Set up new desktops, create email user, arrange office stationary and relevant access for new staff.
Schedule and supervise cleaning staff to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the entire property are maintained.
- Monitor and manage stock levels for drinks, stationery, and groceries.
Plan and execute office decorations for seasonal and special events.- Coordinate with transport companies for lorry and Puspakom arrangements.
Coordinate and manage company events, including meetings, conferences, and social functions.
- Manage office keys and liaise with third parties for parcel pickup.
Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years previous relevant experience.
Available to work overtime for special events- Strong communication skill
Read and understand document in English/Chinese is an advantage
- Contribute towards the smooth running of the organisation
Provenance of administration and the office environment generally- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
