This position will be base in Taman Tekno BSD, Tangerang Selatan.

Hired thru our outsourcing for maternity replacement (Temporary) with contract period 4 - 6 month.

Quality, Safety and Health QHSE is My Responsibility

  • Provide safe, reliable equipment and services that meets or exceeds our customers expectations.
  • Support a culture of safety for our employees, customers, and suppliers. Prevention of pollution of the environment.
  • PT. NOV Oilfield Services comply with all applicable legal and other requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate services and tasks and schedules of various personnel within inside or outside the organization, schedules for meetings, deliveries, and events.
  • Crosscheck Inspection report, Process invoices, billing, filling and submit work orders.
  • Arrangement tickets, hotel, and transportation,
  • Calculation and crosscheck absences employee and verify and process reimbursements,
  • Records Medical checkup, scheduled, confirmed and re-scheduled appointments if needed.
  • Communicated and liaised with clients and companies, visa applicants and government authorities to promptly process applications visa.
  • Monthly Roster for the Customer PNG
  • Audit in document preparation and others related to operations.

Educational Qualifications

  • Education level: Bachelor's or Diploma degree or equivalent combination of education &

experience in the same position.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in the oil and gas service industry would be preferable.
  • Office based job at BSD Tangerang Selatan (Taman Tekno)
  • Ability to travel within Indonesia to Customer site, if require, to ensure the job completion.
  • Fit To Work for Medical Check Up Result.
