Job Description

Responsibilities

  • School Administration: Provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of various school operations.
  • Building Management: Oversee and manage the school's facilities, ensuring a conducive environment for learning.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for school events, meetings, and day-to-day activities.
  • Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to procure necessary supplies and services.
  • Safety and Security: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure the well-being of students and staff.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with different departments to support their administrative and operational needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in General Affairs, preferably in a school setting.
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining school facilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic school environment.
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative tools.
