Job Description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Create operational reports
  • Able to maintain, organize data, and maintain data confidentiality accurately and up to date.
  • Make records and archive company documents
  • Carry out administration according to SOP
  • Looking for suppliers to purchase goods and services for general needs
  • Able to coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Managing and handling legal company documents such as Notarial Deed, Contract, NIB, NPWP, etc.
  • Managing and handling legal expatriate documents such as KITAS, VISA, NPWP, etc.
  • Arrange and managing meeting, company event and appointment.
  • Maintain document filling, support management request, regularly checking of the office supplies and place the appropriate orders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Good in english
