Responsibilities
- Create operational reports
- Able to maintain, organize data, and maintain data confidentiality accurately and up to date.
- Make records and archive company documents
- Carry out administration according to SOP
- Looking for suppliers to purchase goods and services for general needs
- Able to coordinate with internal and external parties
- Managing and handling legal company documents such as Notarial Deed, Contract, NIB, NPWP, etc.
- Managing and handling legal expatriate documents such as KITAS, VISA, NPWP, etc.
- Arrange and managing meeting, company event and appointment.
- Maintain document filling, support management request, regularly checking of the office supplies and place the appropriate orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Good in english
