QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in related majors
Minimum 5 years of work experience in School General Affairs with a focus on facility management, general administration, and operational management
Proven ability and track record on inventory & assets management
Proficient in using data processing applications, both offline & online
E,g. Sheets - Excel, Slides - Powerpoint, Docs - Word, etc
Adaptable to changes
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Proactive, self-initiating, quick learner, with strong analytical thinking
Having a Responsible-to-Life attitude
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Supervise a team of general affair in company group and ensure their adherence to company policies and procedure
Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivit
Monitor and manage office budgets, including tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of office-related activities and resolve any operational issues
Manage company permits and legalities
Coordinating and overseeing schools facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a safe and functional work environment
Handling in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations, coordinating IT setup, and providing necessary resources
Ensure all company assets are properly recorded and updated regularly
