General Manager B2B Commerce Platform

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and launch of our B2B commerce platform.
• Achieve tenant on-boarding targets and meet other key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations and marketing activities to drive platform growth and user engagement.
• Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with an e-commerce platform, with a focus on commercial and business responsibilities.
• At least 5 years in a managerial position, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive network within the e-commerce and payment ecosystems.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
