Qualifications:- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Hospitality or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operation Manager in Cafe/Restaurant chain with capacity of at least 80 pax per outlet
Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments including restaurant/cafe, catering, bakery, and pastry.- Develop and improve operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency
Maintain existing businesses and partnerships
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve profitability.- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and services.
