Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Hospitality or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operation Manager in Cafe/Restaurant chain with capacity of at least 80 pax per outlet
  • Job Description:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments including restaurant/cafe, catering, bakery, and pastry.
  • Develop and improve operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency
Maintain existing businesses and partnerships
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve profitability.- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp500,000,000 - Rp1,500,000,000 per month

Education:
  • S1 (Preferred)

Experience:
  • General Manager: 2 years (Required)

Resto or Cafe: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
* Hospitality (Required)
