Job Description: AI Prompter Specialist
- Design and create detailed and high-quality prompts for generative AI tools (such as Stable Diffusion and Runway) to produce visual content, including images and videos, that align with brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and deliver AI-generated visuals that meet branding needs and engage target audiences.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on effective prompting techniques to enhance the accuracy and creativity of generated content.
- Utilize video editing and motion graphic skills to refine and enhance generated visuals, using software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in generative AI to continually improve prompting techniques and visual quality.
- Conduct quality control and ensure that all generated visuals are polished, impactful, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with team members across departments, including creative, production, and marketing, to support the successful execution of campaigns.

Requirements and Skills:
- On-site work in Jakarta.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in AI prompting, generative content creation, or related creative fields.
- Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software, such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of AI tools like Stable Diffusion, Runway, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide team members in AI prompting.
