Responsibilities
Act as a FUSE representative for the insured's claim documents to analysts and ensure to provide the best support to the insured
Build & maintain good and strong relationships with the Insured & Insurance Company
Follow up on claim status and proof of payment & Negotiate with the Insurance Company
Ensure that all data, documents, information and reports are well organized.
Qualifications
Bachelor in any major, knowledge in automotive, engineering, marine insurance products
Minimum 3 years experience in related position such as Claim Investigator, Claim Analyst
End to end understanding of General Insurance products and processes. Both Motor Vehicle or Non Motor Vehicle
Fluent in English both oral and written
