We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a flair for creative and analytical marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on increasing awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify the best content promotion trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer reach and drive sales.
  • Craft and manage compelling content for social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Project and analyze marketing campaign growth and ROI, in collaboration with the product and business development teams.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by determining effective content promotion trends, creating content angles, briefing, and reviewing performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, and Affiliate marketing.
  • Previous experience in promoting beauty brands on social media is a plus.
  • Strong passion for the beauty industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in beauty or consumer goods.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and creative skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen understanding of metrics.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Must be able to work full-time in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
  • Immediate availability and readiness to comply with full-time office hours (9:30 AM 7:00 PM).
