Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, including job positioning, selection of recruitment channels, budget control, monitoring, and implementation.
Optimize and enhance the interview process to ensure timely fulfillment of high-volume positions.
Develop and implement an effective performance management system to continuously measure and improve employee performance.
Ensure strict adherence to attendance policies and memos.
Approve and process payroll for each pay period, ensuring timely updates of tax and insurance contributions.
Ensure compliance with company and government-mandated benefits.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures for the department, ensuring all processes related to promotions, transfers, and resignations comply with company policies and legal standards.
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
Act as the company's representative in resolving employee disputes.
Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
Proficient in Indonesian and English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a high level of self-motivation.
Experience in the consumer finance industry is preferred, with significant experience in managing offline teams such as insurance or sales, and a track record of hiring at least 100 people in a year.
Deep understanding of the local recruitment market.
Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to foster a positive work environment and build strong employee relationships.
