We are seeking an ambitious, strategic, and experienced Senior Account Manager, Telecom Carrier Network Services Industry to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business operations, achieving sales targets, managing partnerships, and developing marketing campaigns. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business and further develop your managerial skills in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage country business aspects such as revenue, growth, P&L, market share, channel partners, and customers.
- Lead business operations on a quarterly and annual basis, including revenue, marketing programs, channel development, pricing strategies, and competition.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in all assigned territories for solutions, products, and services.
- Manage the sales pipeline and competitive activity by analyzing, monitoring, and developing strategies to win and minimize negative trends.
- Collaborate with regional team functions to recruit, identify, enable new partners, and manage existing partners.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee sales activities including sales calls, training, pipeline review, weekly and monthly reports, account engagement, and hunting new opportunities.
- Plan and organize events in conjunction with channel partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economy, Management, IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of related account sales work experience in the Carrier Network Industry (Telkom, Indosat, XL Axiata, etc).
- Professional knowledge of Enterprise business processes and ICT technology.
- Understands the business rules of telco provider customers, has field experience, and is willing to take on challenges.
- Understands the customer's business and decision-making mode, with successful experience in ICT sales and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, networking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships with a wide range of individuals and organizations.
