About The Role
As a Region Business Analytics Associate, you will work on Cloud Migration Activities specifically on Region Analytics Data Assets migration which includes migration of BigQuery SQL queries, BigQuery Jobs, BQ Models, and Dashboards in Lookers and Spreadsheets, and any other files/documents/assets related to Analysis Results and Researches Results done by Region Analytics team to the new cloud platform (data platform).
What You Will Do
- Inventorize, monitor, and gather a list of sql queries, jobs, and models currently running on each of dashboards that Region team have.
- Migrate SQL queries syntax using Cloud Migration Hub that is provided by DWH team automatically
- Migrate SQL queries syntax manually to the list of SQL queries failed to be migrated automatically
- Validate the result of SQL syntax migration to existing production data in BQ.
- Document and Report progress of SQL migration to Region Analytics Team and ODS Datawarehouse team.
- Inventorize, monitor, and gather a list of dashboards that region teams currently have.
- Analyze how each of dashboards works and identify what SQL queries need to be run
- Create dataset using SQL queries migrated
- Create visualization of dashboard using new tool (Quick BI)
- Validate the result of visualization to existing production dashboard in Looker and Spreadsheet
- Document and report progress of Dashboard migration to Region Analytics Team and ODS Migration Team
- Analyze business processes of Gojek Region Team which can be improved and powered by AI
- Gather requirements of AI use cases from various region stakeholders
- Set up model deployment environment which can secure GOJEK data while using the model
- Fine tune model using GOJEK data/context
- Develop wrapper app which can accommodate interaction between user and the AI model
- Deploy and maintain operational of the model

The Region Business Analytics team at Gojek plays a key role in shaping data-driven strategies to support regional operations. As part of this dynamic group, the Region Business Analytics Associate works closely with the Region Business Analytics Manager to contribute to the development and execution of analytical strategies. The Associate reports directly to the Region Business Analytics Senior Manager and collaborates regularly with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, user growth, and analytics. This collaborative environment fosters learning, growth, and impact across Gojeks regional initiatives.
