Job Qualification:
Education: Minimum university degree in any major/topic.
Working experience:
At least four (4) years of working experience in any relevant industry/service.
At least 2 (two) years in a role or function relating to implementation of the relevant management systems (such as ISO 9001, ISO 37001, Good Corporate Governance, etc).
Technical qualification:
Successful completed Lead Auditor Course for Quality Management System and Anti Bribery Management System ISO 37001 and other relevant good governance standards/topics.
Local/regional knowledge and experience, including knowledge in the relevant scheme, legal and regulation requirements related to bribery and corruption, Financial aspect related to financial control within the scope of ISO 37001, knowledge related to fraud (including fraud auditing) and investigation technique (a complete formal training related to this two aspect will be an advantage to be a consideration in the recruitment process.
Auditing and communication skills will be developed through BSI training and qualifying program.
Knowledge in the above-mentioned items (such as in legal and finance knowledge) can be part of development program.
Other qualification:
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all professional levels.
Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and under pressure.
With a keen interest in learning and exploring new knowledge and skills.
A good command of English both verbal and written including ability to write clear and concise reports in English.
Relevant computer skills.
