Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (SEM,, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.).
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid strategies, ad copy revisions, and landing page optimizations.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to improve ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest features and changes in Google Ads, ensuring our campaigns leverage all available tools and innovations.
Manage and report on advertising budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and meeting performance targets.
Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to present campaign performance and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven track record of driving successful paid ad campaigns across various verticals.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
