Domicile in Medan
Proven experience in public relations, government relations, or corporate communications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital PR strategies.
Knowledge of crisis management and damage control techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to support the company's approach to government relations and public policy.
Manage permits and enhance cooperation between the company and government agencies.
Gather and analyze information related to government affairs, including political intelligence, policy issues, and legislative and regulatory processes.
Build and maintain a communication network with internal stakeholders involved in public policy and government affairs.
Draft and process agreements with relevant parties.
Facilitate effective communication between foreign and local shareholders to ensure aligned interests and mutual understanding.
