The successful candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing software projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including task assignments, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and aligned with project goals.
- Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, report on progress, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality standards.
- Learning and Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance project management skills.
- Servant Leadership: Acting as a servant leader to the Scrum teams, facilitating self-organizing and self-managing teams.

- Recently completed a degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated global mindset, with the ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, and project management skills with the ability to develop and understand strategy.
General Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last two years.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process).
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
- Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
