Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and design static advertising creatives that captivate and engage target audiences.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming and developing creative concepts that support our marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects from initial concept to final execution, meeting deadlines while upholding quality standards.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years minimum experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting static advertising creatives for online channels.
- Ideal candidates will possess marketing experience, enhancing their ability to create compelling visuals.
- Competency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment with evolving project requirements.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey creative ideas and concepts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
