Fortius / Buzzle is a leading branding and digital marketing strategic partner. We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team as a senior brand manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing clients brand presence through social media platforms. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of brand development and is enthusiastic about the world of brands and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand clients industries, target audiences, and competitors.
- Collaborate with clients to define their brand vision, values, and positioning in the market.
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with clients business goals and resonate with their target audience.
- Create brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Provide strategic direction and input during the development of advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.
- Support clients in launching new products or entering new markets while maintaining brand integrity.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and metrics to optimize brand performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategic recommendations to clients and team members.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media contents & campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about brands, social media, and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Work from the office every day, office location in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta.
- The company does not provide devices.
