Monitor the production process for offline events to guarantee consistency and quality.
Work closely with other departments to understand their design needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Duties
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and events.
Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and quality before final production.
Coordinate with external vendors and printers to manage the production of printed materials.
Provide design support for live events, including setup and troubleshooting onsite.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and resources for easy access by the team.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or a related field
