- Position Overview: We're on the hunt for a bold and imaginative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on pushing the envelope and bringing fresh, impactful designs to life. As a Creative Designer, you'll collaborate with our brand, marketing, production and product development teams to create visually engaging content that resonates with our audience and sets our brand apart.
Team up with brand, marketing, and product development teams to grasp project goals and craft visually stunning designs.- Design a variety of digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
Conceptualization: Conceptualize and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- User experience : Contribute to the design and improvement of UX across all digital platforms.
Leverage AI and the latest design tools to enhance creativity and streamline your workflow.- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
Develop and present design concepts and prototypes, incorporating feedback to refine and perfect your work.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our designs innovative and relevant.
Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative solutions.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, especially in the Brand/E-commerce industry, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, colour, typography, and layout.
Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) I a plus- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and layout design
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for creativity and innovation, with a willingness to experiment and take risks.- Knowledge of current design trends and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
