Take ownership of prioritized OKR metrics that lead to revenue and profitability, and define the right solutions to achieve incremental results
Discover business problems and growth opportunities in the business and customer metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, customer activity within our data warehouse and actual customer insights
Operate single or a combination of multiple initiatives (e.g. content/communication, vouchers/promotion, value prop changes)
Validate solutions and other related hypotheses through robust data-driven experimentation
Present experiment and campaign insights to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making on prioritization
Requirements
Bachelor or Masters from any major.
5 year(s) experience in product or growth positions with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment (preferably from tech company)
Ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple recommendations.
