You will also be required to perform analysis, make insightful recommendations and design solutions to address complex business issues.
Job Description
- Drive the holistic revenue strategy; from ideation, planning, release, and monitoring all revenue activations
- Continuous analysis and optimization on revenue flows (key metrics on all revenue-related items)
- Liaise with cross-function local teams to ensure an optimized revenue funnel: from product & QA, publishing, and marketing
- Drive in-depth user research (both quant and qual) and competitor research/benchmarking for revenue optimization objectives
- Drive in-depth user research (both quantitative and qualitative), as well as doing continuous competitor research/benchmarking for revenue optimization objectives
Job Requirements
- Outstanding individuals from top-tier universities with minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or strategy related roles (fresh graduates with strategy or business-related internship experiences are welcome to apply)
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the in-game revenue streams and strategies
- Data-driven mindset with a strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking ability to set strong and measurable goals
- Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
