Guest Relation Officer (French Speaking)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting guests by phone, or in person. And prepare appointment by checking the planning sheet to identify clients of French Market.
Listening to and resolving complaints and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay and forwarding the matter to Customer Care Manager to be followed up.
  • Providing information on tours, anticipating and responding to their needs
Liaise with all guides to reach the clients.
  • Assist with activities such as booking tickets, suppliers excursion, liaising with Operation Department, making reservations and arranging travel and tours.
Selling and organizing excursions and other activities
  • Dealing with unforeseen non-client problems, e.g. flight delays, coach strikes, weather conditions;
Resolving any conflict with or between clients;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with local hoteliers, excursion agents and guides, transports;
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the service and the local area in order to answer clients questions;
  • Keeping up to date with local events and activities, which may be of interest to clients;
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of all the excursions offered;
  • Promote a positive image of the company and ensure guest satisfaction
Assist in updating the excursion booklet.
  • Perform any other duties requested by the management.
Should attend to the office during Low season when dont have any appointment and help the team to doing office task.
  • Be more informative and fast response to report to the office when have or received any information related to our client (Ceremonies, parades, or festivals that allow for certain road or location closures that impact clients).
  • Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Tourism or related field.
  • Good command of spoken, read and written French.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in Travel Company and Operations Task
  • Very detail oriented and service minded
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Internet
