Job Description

Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests as they enter the nightclub. Ensure a friendly and positive first impression.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Provide information about club services, promotions, and events.
Reservations Management: Handle guest reservations for VIP tables, bottle service, and special events. Coordinate with the reservations team to ensure accurate bookings.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, theme nights, and promotional activities. Work with event organizers to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
VIP Services: Provide personalized service to VIP guests, including handling special requests and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
  • Safety and Security: Collaborate with the security team to ensure a safe environment for guests. Monitor guest behavior and report any incidents to security or management.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and feedback. Prepare reports for management on guest satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the bar staff, security personnel, and management to ensure seamless service and communication throughout the nightclub.
Promotion: Promote upcoming events, specials, and services to guests. Distribute promotional materials and encourage guest participation.
  • Able to join immediately.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, bar or a nightclub environment is preferred.
Communication Skills: Able to communicate in English with excellent customer service skills to interact with diverse clientele.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality. Ability to build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage reservations and guest interactions efficiently.
Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable, adhering to the nightclub's dress code and standards.

Education:
  • SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Guest Service: 1 year (Preferred)
