- Proven experience in leading Guest Relations team for at least 2 years
- Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guest
Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service- Executes cashiering and billing duties accurately and cooperates closely with the Finance team
Executes the annual upsell strategy and achieves all goals as set by management
- Ensuring guests receive the experience as detailed in brand Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) El Kabron Bali as well as standards. Aim to achieve scores and goals set by management
