Job Description

  • Welcome guests & handle check-in/out;
  • Answer inquiries & address guest concerns;
  • Manage reservations & room assignments;
  • Process payments & maintain accurate records;
  • Support other departments & ensure security;
  • Promote hotel services & maintain a positive image.
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communication;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Service Agent (GSA) or Front Office Receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry;
  • Exceptional customer service skills and active listener;
  • Has good personality, attitude, discipline and neat appearance;
  • Highly organized and able to work with a system in following up with customer from quotation to final payments;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa;
  • Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking;
  • Familiar with VHP system; |
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Able to join immediately;
  • Based in Bali.
