QUALIFICATION :Minimum 1 year experience as a facility supervisor/attendant, customer service representative, or closely related experience.
Fluent in English
A Well-rounded individual who can communicate with members, co-workers, and directors in a positive and professional manner.
A professional, clean appearance and great attitude.
Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
Continuous operations requiring attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Must be able to lift and carry 20 kg for short distances.
Has strong interest in Health and Wellness industry
To prepare Body Factory Bali fitness facilities to be guest-ready, everything is in place, clean and organized.
To prepare the classes to make it ready for class and clean after the classes.
To deliver product and service through interacting with guests, assisting with spotting, educating guests on how to use equipment, answering questions, process payment on beverage sales and ensure the guest satisfaction and quality service are always in high level.
To properly close the fitness facilities
To conduct gym tour and prepare of check in/out of customers
To attend the training conduct by Head of Department, training officer, and external training that managed by the company.
To perform any additional assignment required by Superior.
