Description
As a Gym Attendant you will support our health and wellness activities especially in Pilates & Yoga classes. You will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants, and lead an engaging and effective classes for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Pilates and Yoga classes that cater to a variety of skill levels, to a variety of skill levels, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Demonstrate proper technique and form, monitoring participants to ensure safety and effective practice.
- Ensure the area always clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Promotes gym services and events.
- Set-up and organize equipment and props for Pilates and Yoga classes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Indonesian citizen with Pilates and Yoga Instructor sertification
- Prior teaching experience in Pilates and Yoga, or other fitness modalities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming approach
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.
