Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Gymnastics Coach at Bounce Street Asia - Trampoline Park Jakarta. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for

• Conducting gymnastics and tumbling sessions, providing clear instructions and feedback
• Ensuring the safety of students, and creating a fun and engaging environment
• Communicating with students and their parents/guardians
• Coordinating schedules
• Assisting in organizing special events and competitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in coaching sports, specifically gymnastics trampoline
• Other expertise like gymnastic artistic, cheerleading and tumbling, parkour, tricking are welcome
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey instructions and provide feedback
• Strong coaching abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire participants
• Knowledge of safety measures and ability to ensure the safety of participants
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Passion for working with people of all ages and ability levels
• Certification in gymnastics coaching or related field is a plus
• Placement in Kelapa Gading, north Jakarta
