Hardware Engineer

Role Overview:

Responsible for the end-to-end process of designing, implementing, and maintaining the technological infrastructure from network and electrical sides to achieve efficient and sustainable shrimp cultivation

Responsibilities:

Pre and during implementation

1. Manage hardware-related tasks, ranging from hardware design, development, integration as well as automation
2. Build policies and standards from electrical and mechanical point of view to ensure that stakeholders can utilize the tools efficiently and effectively
3. Orchestrate the hardware implementation plans by collaborating with relevant stakeholders

Post implementation

1. In charge to perform regular monitoring of the performance of the installed hardware
2. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting as well as build long-term impact recommendations to ensure al tools run well

Others:

Perform day-to-day project management to ensure clear task allocation and tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in automation systems engineering or a related role.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation systems.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve issues in complex automation systems.
• Expertise in selecting, installing, and calibrating various sensors for industrial applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
