Head Bar Manager to join the team and assist in all outlets.
Manage day to day bar operations, including inventory management, staff supervision and customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage cost
Create and implement beverage menus, promotions and special events to enhance restaurant guest experience- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Maintains drink recipe documentation
Preferably Bali-based- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position
Strong leadership and good attitudes- Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
Professional proficient in English- Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
