Job Description:
Our client from the beauty and skincare products based in Indonesia, known for its wide range of skincare and cosmetics product.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends.
Supervise inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Manage store operations systems and processes efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Min Bachelor's Degree from reputable university, preferably Management/Business Management.
Min 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry or handling beauty products.
Proficient in store operations, preferably in beauty stores.
Understanding of sales analysis and store operations.
Initiative and innovative ideas to attract store visitors.
