The Head of Brand is a business-minded steward of the client relationship and is entrusted and empowered to ensure both the clients and agencys business objectives are met. The incumbent will effectively manage several clients, projects and/or teams while delivering integrated thinking rooted in insights. The incumbent will help leverage the full suite of Edelman resources while creating a climate that encourages excellence, courage and integrity.
We are on the lookout for a professional who is conversant with Brand Marketing & Communications. Someone who has spent at least 7-10 years driving demonstrable business results and has a proven track record.
Key Responsibilities:
Tasked to drive Integrated Brand Marketing and Communications practice, leading a reasonably sizeable team of domain experts and consultants. And would oversee delivering on an agreed P&L target, reporting to the Market Lead.
Your hands-on work experience and strategic acumen will serve you well in acting as a senior counsel for our key clients.
As the Specialist lead in the firm, you will be expected to be conversant with both the Strategic and the Operational sides of the Brand Marketing and Communications business, as you will be expected to enrich and lead the best practices approach in fortifying our current offering to Clients in the spaces of Digital Comms, Performance & Results-oriented Marketing and Content Engagement.
In addition to driving P&L, you will perform a key mentorship role in identifying, nurturing, and grooming younger leaders within your teams to take on larger responsibilities.

At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including research, advertising, management consulting, media or publishing.
Strong communication active listening, negotiation, and persuasion
Confidence and conviction in presenting ideas and providing counsel to internal and external audiences
