Job Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Brand Management to join our growing team! As a Head of Brand Management, you will play a leadership role responsible for developing and executing branding strategies to enhance TORCH's identity and to engage customers. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the image and reputation of TORCH.
Job Role
- Brand Strategy: Develop, lead, and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy that aligns with the TORCH's identity, values, and business objectives.
- Messaging and Storytelling: Craft and communicate compelling brand messages and narratives that resonate with the target audience, conveying the brand's heritage, vision, and unique selling points.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, consistent, and engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, advertising campaigns, and PR materials.
- Visual Identity: Ensure the visual elements of TORCH, including logos, packaging, and store design, are aligned with the brand's identity and consistently reflect the brand's style and values.
- Public Relations: Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and fashion bloggers. Plan and execute press releases, fashion shows, and other PR initiatives to gain media coverage and promote the brand.
- Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that promote TORCH's products or collections, collaborating with marketing teams to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand communication budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of brand communication professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance for the team to deliver outstanding results.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand communication efforts using data and analytics, making data-driven adjustments and improvements.
- Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle potential brand crises and manage brand reputation during challenging situations with a strategic and informed approach.
Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field from a reputable university, with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
- Min.10 years of total experience in branding team, with min. 5 years of experience in leading branding and marketing, particularly in the creative ageny and fashion or retail industry.
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnership with industry, entertainment, and government people.
- Excellent leadership abilities to build and manage branding team.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape in the fashion retail sector.
- Excellent strategic thinking, creative vision, and leadership abilities to shape brand identity and communication effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messages in a compelling manner.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand communication strategies.
- Negotiation skills and experience managing vendor and agency relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to oversee multiple communication channels and campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and consumer preferences in the dynamic fashion industry.
- A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the brand's target audience.
