Requirements
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in in a Commercial/Sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and eCommerce is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
- A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
- Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environment
- Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
- Hands- on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
- Having multiple experiences on several industries (Logistics, Cold Chain, FnB, etc)
- Having experience handling SPV Level
- Having strong network with Beauty, Healthcare & FnB Industries
- Good analytical capability for market mapping
Responsibilities
- Acquisition, identify and establish Top Brand (Healthcare, FnB, Beauty) became customers and Ninja Xpress organizations to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of Business Development
- Responsible for overseeing team achievement on day to day basis
- Responsible to maintain healthy pipeline and closing ratio of the opportunity
- Responsible for maintain team performance regarding to Sales Force report
- Responsible on development of the team including skill and personal development, and enforce reward and punishment within the team
- Make sure that all team working as intended with their own KPI
