Overview:
Oversee all aspects of our central kitchen operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of food products. This role will manage daily operations, maintain food safety standards, optimize processes, and lead a team to achieve production targets..
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen/food processing facility and ensure efficient production workflows and processes.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure staff adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Ensure financial targets are met while maintaining high production standards.
- Work closely with external parties (suppliers and vendors) and internal teams to align operations with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Tech/Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in food production, central kitchen, or a similar environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Able to lead execution team (blue collars) in executing day-to-day operations with proper control & productivity measures in place.
- Able to strategize to scale towards profitability/scalability in an efficient manner.
- Strong business acumen & sense of business P&L.
- Great communication skills as he/she will liaise with multiple stakeholders to prioritize different initiatives.
- Attention to detail, as well as a strong eye & drive for process improvements.
