As
Head of Channel Development GT, you will be responsible to devise General Trade Sales Team with required plans/programs, based on comprehensive analysis of Trade channel, market and recent competitive situations, issues, challenges, and opportunities in General Trade. Coordinate with General Trade Sales team and CCI team to provide plans that are relevant to their changing needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise strategies, activity plans; including expected Sales Volume generated, KPIs and DME needed.
- Develop regional/channel pricing matrix.
- Coordinate with Sales General Trade to execute Trade Marketing programs.
- Evaluate the Trade Marketing program together with Sales GT and Finance team.
- Ensure every marketing program related with Channel GT are aligned with overall strategy and market.
- Recommend irregular incentive/ challenge/ reward/ excitement scheme together with Sales Director.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from Any Major
- Minimum 10 years experiences as Trade Marketing in FMCG Industry
- Having Deep Understanding/ Experiences in both Market Landscape and Sales Operational
- Able to handle English conversation and others communication material
