Head of Ecommerce

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for managing ecommerce & digital team and monitor the performance / KPI.
• Prepare ecommerce forecast, building blocks and maintain healthy P&I & Gross to Net budget.
• Launch and manage all E-commerce initiates and business model.
• Drive overall online contribution of sales and sales influenced by digital with both E-commerce and CRM activities.
• Drive best practice for optimized user experience trough effective marketing strategy.
• Analyze & optimize campaign metrics to grow brand awareness & considerations. Anticipate and effectively mitigate challenges.
• Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaign and establish deep understanding on digital journey for the relevant target market.
• Perform other tasks as requested by management.

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in related field and managerial level.
• Background in launching and growing the e-commerce channel.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
• English proficiency both oral and written is essential.
