Job Description:
Currently our client who is a well-established brand in the beauty industry is looking for Head of Foundation in Malang area as descripted below:
Focuses on the foundation's big-picture strategy and vision.
Leads development and implementation of the strategic plan.
Oversees all aspects of the foundation, including programs, operations, and finances.
Manages relationships with the Board of Directors, donors, and community partners.
Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Job Requirements:
Extensive 3+ years of experience in nonprofit management.
Proven track record in fundraising and grantmaking.
Having experience in Media & Government.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
Strategic thinking and ability to set a clear vision.
