Job Description Summary:
Ensure smooth functioning of all functions in PGA Dept. so as to achieve predetermined targets, through the necessary planning, coordination, monitoring and follow-up efforts.
Job Description:
Responsible for the effectiveness of personnel functions, industrial relations, security, safety management and general affairs in an integrated, so as to achieve the development of human resources, a conducive working environment, and security of corporate assets, with efficient operational costs.
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of personnel administration, which includes payroll, leave and employee permits, travel, health insurance, and so forth.
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of public services (general services) and administrative services (administration services) associated with the environment, facilities and employment needs of employees to support the smooth activities of employees.
Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of employee data.
Responsible for the implementation of employee recruitment according to company needs.
Bears responsibility for the implementation of training & development of employees according to a predetermined plan.
Coordinate the implementation of the Performance Evaluation process effectively and objectively.
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of public services (general services) and maintenance of company assets in an effective and efficient.
Maintaining harmonious industrial relations, including handling in case of industrial relations problems.
Responsible in the implementation of enterprise security maintenance.
Responsible in the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and development of employee health and safety systems.
Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
Report the problem, related to Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to Food / Feed Safety Coordinator
Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system).
Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment of work (equipment) and cleanliness of environment (environment) at work location.
Job Requirements:
Min Bachelor degree in Human Resources,/Management from reputable University.
Having 12-15 years experiences, with 5 years in managerial/leadership level of Plant HR & GA.
Solid IR knowledge with experience in building engagement with Union & respective Government.
Experience in ISO system and 5 R practices will be an advantages.
Experience to handle factory and industrial HR issues.
Wiling to work in Dumai, Lubuk Gaung (Riau).
