We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Head of HR to set up and lead the Human Resources division for our growing tobacco manufacturing business in Jawa Timur, Indonesia. This is more than just a typical HR role this position offers the opportunity to make a

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Establish and lead the HR division, driving strategies that align with our mission to enhance the quality of life for farmers while ensuring the company's growth and success.
- Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, providing expert guidance on employment practices, contracts, and labor relations.
- Performance Management: Design and implement KPI systems that empower employees to achieve their goals, support business growth, and drive operational excellence.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent to join our mission, from factory workers to key leadership roles.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs that reflect our commitment to our employees and our values.
- People Development: Lead the development of training programs and career growth opportunities, ensuring our employees are empowered to grow within the company.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Build a positive, inclusive work culture through empathetic leadership, fostering engagement and strong employee relations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Expertise in designing KPI frameworks, performance management systems, and compensation structures.
- Proven success in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people development.
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to lead with empathy and build a positive, purpose-driven workplace.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
