Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures; identifies opportunities for improvement which will improve day-to-day operations.
Analyse and understand resource management strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to utilize equipment and manpower effectively to run operations.
Leads coordination and integration of efforts among departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
Analyze and provide insights on the operating performance of each function, develop recommendations, and provide analytical support for internal projects/initiatives.
Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with strategic partners focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsible for overall team management, including manpower planning, hiring process, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Hub Operations from a Logistic, E-commerce background.
Proven track record in setting up and/or significantly achieving Hub operations metrics.
Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization.
High-energy individual with a can-do attitude in a fast paced environment.
Strong demonstrated leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills to lead
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex information, assess problems, and develop effective solutions.
