Job Summary:
As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success by overseeing all aspects of human capital management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that support our business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Oversee all HR functions including employee engagement and experience, employee benefits, employee relations, talent development, and organizational development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and develop the HR team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willing to follow WFO setting at Mega Kuningan.
