Ensure that industrial relations practices align with the organization's values and objectives to foster a harmonious workplace.
Develop thoughtful negotiation strategies to maintain a collaborative atmosphere.
Proactively address and mediate conflicts between employees and management or among employee groups to promote a respectful and efficient resolution process.
Implement effective dispute resolution mechanisms to minimize workplace disruptions.
Provide informed guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on labor relations issues and their potential impact on business operations.
Build and maintain constructive communication channels with labor unions.
Monitor union activities and stay attuned to trends that could affect labor relations within the organization.
Create and update internal policies related to workplace conduct, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
Qualification
Preaferable Bachelor degree in Law or a related field.
have a licensi PERADI is preferred.
have min. 10 years experience handle industrial and employee relation, prefereably from retail or distribution company with minimum size at least 10.000 workers around Indonesia.
Have exposure in Legal & Corporate Industrial Relation matters, Labor Union and dealing in industrial Court (PHI / MK).
Have exposure handle TKA / TKI.
Good networking with Goverment (Disnaker and Imigration)
