Head of Marketing, you will lead the strategic direction of our marketing efforts, focusing on brand development, customer engagement, and digital innovation. You will be responsible for crafting and executing campaigns that resonate with our audience, drive brand awareness, and ultimately enhance our market presence. This role requires a creative and analytical leader who can inspire a team and collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our mission to enhance quality of life through beauty.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team to deliver innovative campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
