Head of Online Business (Everpro)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & Channel Management
   1. Lead advertising strategies across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Shopee, other marketplaces)
   2. Optimize marketing spend and ROI across all digital channels
   3. Develop and manage promotional calendars aligned with retail seasons
   4. Create compelling content strategies to drive online engagement and sales
2. Business Development & Growth
   1. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the digital space
   2. Develop and execute strategies to scale online business operations
   3. Set and achieve revenue targets across all digital channels
   4. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
   5. Align online strategies with overall retail business objectives
   6. Manage product positioning and pricing strategies

Requirements:

1. Experience & Expertise
   1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail
   2. Proven track record in scaling online businesses
   3. Strong understanding of retail industry dynamics
   4. Experience managing multiple online sales channels
2. Technical Knowledge
   1. Extensive experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, marketplace advertising)
   2. Understanding of e-commerce metrics and analytics
