Role Description

Manage daily operational activities including Application Monitoring, Application Function Optimization,

Application Issue Feedback, monitoring & assistance in resolution, etc.

Conduct application testing & analysis, track news & updates related to the P2P industry.

Manage and review third-party service monitoring.

Support in conducting product research, and other operational & monitoring tasks.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Review and evaluate staff reports.

Manage teams in various positions such as: Customer Service, Loan Review, and Telemarketing.

Provide coaching and counselling for the internal team.

Support in conducting product research, and other operational & monitoring tasks.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 8 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Operations Management and Team Management skills
• Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Strong Communication abilities
• Proficient in Ms. Office.
• Experience in financial services or fintech industry
• Fluency in Mandarin and English languages
