Role Description

Aspen Investment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join our team in Indonesia. This full-time role, based in either Jakarta or Bali, will be pivotal in driving the operational excellence of our real estate investment platform. The Head of Operations will oversee daily activities, optimize processes, ensure high service quality, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company. Some work-from-home flexibility is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients
• Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, ensuring professional development and high levels of engagement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate or investment sector
• Strong understanding of operational systems and processes
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Based in Jakarta or Bali, with flexibility for some remote work
