Job description : - Conduct data analysis focusing on operations metrics to perform a gap analysis of over SLA parcel.
Create strategic improvement projects to reduce lead time and ensure achieves the target- Simulate data to establish a new speed standard for business purposes.
Ensure that the targeted shipper profile achieves the target lead time
- Able to creating team and project KPI
Main responsibility : Operations analytics, Project management, People development
5 - 8 years of experience- Education background : : Industrial Engineering, any Engineering studies, statistic, economics
Data driven mindset and data visualization
- Curious and have strong project management skills in order to lead strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Operation network planning- Basic knowledge for automation/SQL/Python or analytics tools Tableau/Datastudio/PowerBI etc is a plus
Good in spoken english
